Editorial policy: how VMCSoft Digital uses AI in blog articles

Effective 31 October 2026. This policy applies to every published article on the VMCSoft Digital blog.

What the disclosure means

Each article carries a short note saying VMCSoft Digital prepared it with AI-assisted editorial work. That assistance currently includes drafting, revision, and editorial maintenance. It is not a guarantee of quality or accuracy.

How articles are produced today

Articles are published under the VMCSoft Digital organization byline. New articles and rewrites are written by Fable, an AI writing model, following rules set by the site owner. Sol, an AI coordination and review assistant, checks claims against the sources used, product capability descriptions, and lifecycle, ownership, and limitation qualifications, then integrates and verifies the published output. Neither Fable nor Sol is an independent human reviewer. This workflow and the disclosure do not imply personal authorship by any individual, or individual human fact-checking of each sentence.

Claims that cannot be supported or remain incomplete are held back or corrected rather than filled in. We do not invent first-hand experience. Writing an article does not release it. Nothing is published automatically on a timer; each release requires separate authorization from the owner, which may cover a batch of articles.

Tools and steps may change over time, and we will update this policy when they do.

Dates, sources, and limits

The publication and updated dates shown on an article describe that article. They are not reset by this policy, and adding the disclosure note did not re-check any product’s capabilities or availability. Article claims are tied to the sources and product information available when they were written, and products change. Where an article cites a source, the original link is kept. Our source checks are an internal editorial step, not independent certification or a guarantee, and they do not mean a reviewer audited code, installed an extension, or ran a scan.

Corrections

If you find an error, send the article URL, the issue, and a supporting source through the contact section. Material corrections are dated in the article.
